Clinical Supervision for Art Therapy
I have previously supervised students from New York University and Long Island University during their graduate and undergraduate art therapy program internships. I am excited to now offer off-site supervision for those obtaining LCAT or ATR hours in group or individual sessions.
I know that students experience their own unique circumstances of stress and challenges while in school. Especially students who are enrolled in art therapy programs, balancing school, internships, work, and relationships can be a lot to handle. Often, our clients can trigger our own personal issues and struggles, and supervision is a great outlet to safely explore what is going on in your life. I will do my best to pull form my experiences as a student and a supervisor to help you develop your professional identity, recognize and explore countertransference, and help you create balance in your life.
The format of supervision will include:
* Group or individual discussions
* Case presentations
* Art making and/or journaling
Please contact me if you are looking for LCAT or ATR off-site supervision, and we can discuss individual or group supervision options.
